There is an information point at the foot of the indemann where you can obtain comprehensive information about the Indemann and the indeland.

In addition to flyers about indemann, the adjacent open-cast mine and indeland, the team at indemann will provide you with free maps of hiking and cycling trails. the team will be happy to answer your questions, give you personal advice and put together individual information material for you on request - including helpful leisure and excursion tips.

You can also purchase various souvenirs at the Infopoint, including postcards, an Indeland hidden object book, bags, fridge magnets, key rings, cookie cutters, coloring books, puzzles, mugs and breakfast boards.

For indemann fans aged 10 and over, there is the indemann rally. The relevant participation flyers are available at the info point. All completed and handed in rally flyers are entered into a monthly prize draw.

The observation tower is accessible by elevator up to a height of 24 meters. A barrier-free toilet is also available at the Indemann and can be opened by staff if required. The "Indemann 1" restaurant and the soccer golf and minigolf facilities are also barrier-free.
