You’ll be staying in a typical, historic, listed half-timbered house right in the heart of Monschau’s historic old town. The Rur River flows right past the house. Through the stone cellar, you have direct access to the water (small terrace by the river / space for 2 tables and 6 chairs).

A cozy living room invites you to linger and enjoy convivial moments. The kitchen is fully equipped, and a large dining table brings all guests together.

The vacation home also features 4 cozy double bedrooms, and one bedroom has a bed measuring 2.00 x 1.40 m.
Two bathrooms with showers and one separate toilet ensure ample comfort, even for larger groups.

    The completely renovated holiday home is located in a quiet area at the Eifel National Park. The holiday apartment is situated on the upper floor.     Monschau

    The apartment is located in the director's house of the former silk factory. It has a living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower/WC, a separate kitchen and a garden terrace. In the living room there is a sofa bed, 1.6 m x 2.0 m. To be able to sleep there, however, the table must be pushed to one side. It will be tight, see floor plan! It is centrally and quietly located and only approx. 250 m from the bus stop Parkhaus Laufenstraße. You can reach the market square in 3-5 minutes. We are one of the few hosts in the old town who can provide you with your own parking space free of charge. Walkers are very welcome.

    The Panoramablick vacation home is located in the idyllic village of Nideggen-Rath on the edge of the Eifel National Park. From here you have good access to the footpaths and cycle paths. The small ducal town of Nideggen is only 1.6 km away.

    Heimbach

    We offer space for 2 to 7 people for families and small groups in a cozy vacation home with courtyard. The house was built in 1885 and later repeatedly extended and remodeled. This left a unique character with many special features. Especially on the upper floor, the low ceiling height of the two-bed room reflects the age of the house. During the renovation and design of the vacation home, special attention was paid to the old construction method and treated with loving care. We would like to point out that the vacation home is not suitable for people with limited mobility. Dogs on request. The visitor's tax is charged by the town of Heimbach in the amount of € 0.75 per day. This will be charged additionally by us. Please note that smoking is not permitted in the house. Deposit: We take the liberty of requesting a deposit of 100€ before the rental. If there are no defects, this will be refunded to your account within one week of departure.

    Quietly situated in a green setting, bright and modern: hiking trails and forest paths, a supermarket, a star park, and a playground are all within easy reach. Sunny balcony, kitchen with stove and oven, one double bedroom plus a single bed, living room with a comfortable sofa and large TV, and a sleeper sofa with a spring mattress for two people, bathroom with shower/tub and bidet. The Buchenzauber vacation rental is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is not permitted indoors, on the porch, or anywhere on the property. A maximum of two dogs are allowed. Please note that no “listed” dogs or dogs classified as dangerous are permitted. When booking, you can add a vacation for one or up to two dogs to your shopping cart. Please specify the dog’s breed.
