The apartment is located in a typical Eifel timbered house, in a quiet location on the Eifel National Park, close to the narcissus meadows, a national park, circular hiking trails and cross-country skiing.

This traditional venue re-opened in October 2014. Lutz SCHELL, THE Belgian in Monschau, manages the hotel which officially received 3 stars superior from the very beginning and became, in addition, a member of "Historic Hotels International". The newly designed bar/lounge "Braukeller" became one of the most popular locations in Monschau.
