The historic boiler house is built into the Rur. The spacious living room is completely glazed on the river side and stylishly furnished. The open fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere. The vacation home is located directly on the Rur, in the middle of the forest, 8 minutes' walk from the old town.

Comfortable vacation apartment/holiday home on a single farmstead on the Hohes Venn moorland with fallow deer, horses, cows, calves and small livestock in a very quiet location near the edge of the forest. Playground and barn, pool, barbecue facilities, hiking, mountain biking, carriage and covered wagon rides, horse riding, cross-country skiing in winter.

The roughly 300 year old townhouse, lovingly restored, is centrally located in the old town, but in a quiet sidestreet. Via the Monschau Stairsystem you are immediately in the middle of the action with restaurants, cafe's and shops. To the museum and the craftmarket it is only a short stroll. The house has all modern amenities, while maintaining the old atmosphere. Each room shows design features of a different country.

The approximately 90 m² house "Schöne Aussicht am Eifelsteig" in the district of Widdau offers space for 6 people, it is equipped with 3 separate bedrooms (1 double room, 2 single rooms, 1 sofa bed in the living room). 1 bathroom with shower bath, sink and toilet. An additional guest toilet is available. Two further sinks are in the bedrooms. The modern kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, electric stove with ceramic hob and oven, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, microwave, filter coffee machine and all the usual tools. Living and dining room with open fireplace and satellite TV. There is also the exit to one of the two terraces; from the southwest terrace you can enjoy a fantastic view of the beautiful Rur valley and in the evening you have a wonderful view of the clear starry sky. A large, east-facing terrace is ideal for a sunny breakfast. Two outdoor terraces/garden furniture, lounge area in the courtyard and charcoal grill available. Use of the garage is free. It offers the best opportunities for recreation, rest and relaxation as well as sporting and playful activities. In Heimbach you can launch your own canoe or hire a canoe and paddle a few kilometers along the Rur, explore well-signposted hiking trails, take advantage of opportunities for climbing, swimming, beach volleyball, tennis and soccer, or enjoy a relaxing boat trip on the Rursee. Cultural excursions are also possible - all within the Heimbach municipal area. In the newly built Heimbach and Nideggen national park gates you will find a wealth of information about sights and activities in the surrounding area.
