The vacation home is located in the idyllic Zerkall - below Nideggen and is the perfect place to spend a quiet yet eventful vacation with family or friends. Zerkall has its own train stop, which makes it easy to reach everything The detached vacation home was completely renovated in 2019 and furnished with a lot of love and high standards. It has a new, fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, large refrigerator, stove and oven. In the large living room is the dining area with a large dining table. The living room is furnished with a very nice modern, extendable couch, a flat screen TV, a music system and a fireplace. Furthermore, there are 2 bedrooms. Both with a double bed and 1 bedroom has an additional full bed. There is a bathroom with shower, WC and basin and a guest WC. In front of the house there is a lounge area and the absolute best thing is the 100 square meter roof terrace with a wonderful view of Nideggen Castle. Bed linen and towels are provided by us. Parking is available in front of the house. Arrival: from 15:00 hrs Departure: until 11:00 hrs at the latest. During the summer vacation (NRW) a rental is only possible on a weekly basis. The use of WLAN is included. Pets are welcome.

The dining table seats 6 people and, if required, a child in a high chair (available on request). The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, a 4-ring induction hob, an oven and a filter coffee machine. The cozy living room is furnished with two sofas, a flat-screen TV and a decorative tiled stove. Here you can spend relaxing evenings and enjoy the view of the greenery. There are three comfortable bedrooms on the upper floor. Two rooms are furnished with double beds and offer a wonderful view of the countryside. The third bedroom has a pull-out bed. All bedrooms are fitted with blackout blinds. The bathroom on the upper floor has a spacious shower, a bathtub and a built-in wardrobe. A hairdryer is also available. There is also a laundry room on the first floor with a spacious washbasin and toilet. The terrace is directly accessible via the front door and has a large parasol and a glass table with 6 seats. From here you have access to the garden, which is located on a slope. The terrace is the perfect place for balmy summer evenings! From the upper hallway, you can access the spacious balcony, which is furnished with a small table and two seats. Here you can enjoy the fresh air and the view.
