Permanent parking at your own risk is available in the courtyard in front of the house. The apartment is available for a minimum stay of two nights. Up to two persons 75 Euro/night, a third person 15Euro/night. From the 7th night 55 Euro/night up to max.14 nights From 01.01.2026 we have to charge an overnight flat rate of 2.50 Euro per person and per night for the city of Monschau and pass it on to them.

The dining table seats 6 people and, if required, a child in a high chair (available on request). The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, a 4-ring induction hob, an oven and a filter coffee machine. The cozy living room is furnished with two sofas, a flat-screen TV and a decorative tiled stove. Here you can spend relaxing evenings and enjoy the view of the greenery. There are three comfortable bedrooms on the upper floor. Two rooms are furnished with double beds and offer a wonderful view of the countryside. The third bedroom has a pull-out bed. All bedrooms are fitted with blackout blinds. The bathroom on the upper floor has a spacious shower, a bathtub and a built-in wardrobe. A hairdryer is also available. There is also a laundry room on the first floor with a spacious washbasin and toilet. The terrace is directly accessible via the front door and has a large parasol and a glass table with 6 seats. From here you have access to the garden, which is located on a slope. The terrace is the perfect place for balmy summer evenings!
