The apartments are located in a former farmhouse (Vierkanthof) with adjoining garden near the Eifel National Park. The furnishings are simple. Terrace with furniture. Covered room with open fireplace, table tennis and table football - ideal for families or groups. The apartments are located in a separate part of the building so that they can be used separately or together.

Our two vacation apartments are located in an old farmhouse in the beautiful Eifel village of Nideggen-Schmidt, on the edge of the Eifel National Park. Both apartments are family-friendly. You can reach the "Schöne Aussicht" with a wonderful view over the Rursee in just a few minutes on foot.

Villa Sandrose, Nideggen-Rath, Eifel: In 2017, the swimming pool built in 1980 with attention to detail was transformed into a top-class vacation apartment. Enjoy your stay in the 69 m² Villa Sandrose, with private driveway and private parking space, in Nideggen-Rath (Eifel National Park). In the single-storey, separate building with natural stone walls, mosaics, natural stone/parquet floors, a sauna, box-spring bed and harmonious LED lighting. Enjoy your breakfast on the cozy east-facing terrace with your coffee from the fully automatic coffee machine.

This rustic vacation cottage is located in the middle of the Eifel National Park - an area where hikers' and mountain bikers' hearts beat faster. It offers the best opportunities for recreation, rest and relaxation as well as sporting and playful activities. In Heimbach you can launch your own canoe or hire a canoe and paddle a few kilometers along the Rur, explore well-signposted hiking trails, take advantage of opportunities for climbing, swimming, beach volleyball, tennis and soccer, or enjoy a relaxing boat trip on the Rursee. Cultural excursions are also possible - all within the Heimbach municipal area. In the newly built Heimbach and Nideggen national park gates you will find a wealth of information about sights and activities in the surrounding area.
